Vivid Visions receives grant from Live Oak Elks Lodge

On Tuesday, Aug. 27, members of Live Oak Elks Lodge #1165 welcomed Carol Johnson, Outreach Program Director and Sarah Cordero, Primary Prevention Coordinator from Vivid Visions Domestic Violence Crisis Center in Live Oak. Some of Vivid Visions' free services include assistance with injunctions, free counseling, day care referrals, legal assistance referrals, shelter for women and children, accompaniment to court, support in crisis/hotline, domestic violence training in the community, prevention class in school and Department of Children and Families advocate liason.
