Jennings Town Council approves annexation of Hamilton Downs Horsetrack, LLC

After the council approved the agenda, Spencer Nabors stood to address the council regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), stating that the town is nearing the completion of several housing projects. He added that there was the possibility of another housing grant cycle opening in March or April of next year.
