Around the banks of the Suwannee, we see natural pre-heralds of autumn. Goldenrod is in full bloom (a'choo), broom sedge puts forth its sage, silvery blades and leaves on a few deciduous trees begin to change color.
Fall 2024 officially begins on Sunday, Sept. 22. We have patiently waited for her arrival through a long, hot summer.
