Hamilton County High School senior Burke Foster is gearing up for a significant milestone in his 4-H journey as he prepares to enter his final year of high school. Foster, who has been an active participant in 4-H since fourth grade, has steadily grown in his involvement with the organization, culminating in his recent appointment as Sergeant-at-Arms on the 4-H State Executive Board.
