United Way of Suwannee Valley to host Veterans Summit

Christian Peterson  reporter.riverbendnews@gmail.com  On Friday, Sept. 27, the United Way of Suwannee Valley will be holding a Veteran Services Summit. The event will last from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Suwannee County Coliseum. Starting at 9 a.m., there will be a provider workshop that lasts until noon. At that point, lunch will be provided along with a message from a guest speaker. Then, for the last four hours of the day, there will be opportunities for Veterans to engage with providers. The event is sponsored by Suwannee County Parks and Recreation, Wekiva Springs, Pilgrims, DJ Magic Mike and the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office. To RSVP for the for the event, email suzanne@unitedwa
