Live Oak man arrested for three counts of animal cruelty

On Saturday, Aug. 3, deputies with the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding possible animal cruelty near the intersection of 64th Street and 127th According to the witness, as she was leaving a residence on 127th Place, she observed a heavier-set male, later identified as 63-year-old Live Oak resident Juan Victorino-Solis, standing next to a dark-colored Chevy truck on the side of 64th Street. The witness alleged that she saw the man twist the neck of a tan-colored puppy before throwing it into the nearby woods. She then began recording the incident on her phone and captured footage of the man throwing another
