Lafayette DOH to host diabetes education program

These sessions are scheduled to take place on Wednesdays from Aug. 21 through Oct. 9 between 10 a.m. and noon at the Lafayette DOH office, located at 140 SW Virginia Cir., in Mayo.  The DEEP program is designed to help participants effectively manage their diabetes through education on proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and other healthy habits.
