Local man barely escapes car accident with life

 Christian Peterson  reporter.riverbendnews@gmail.com  On Tuesday afternoon, July 2, Johnathan Quincy was in a terrible car accident. While driving on County Road 249 in Suwannee County, the 19-year-old Live Oak resident began hyrdoplaning. The incident took him off of the road and ended in his vehicle being totaled. Quincy was taken to the hospital with severe injuries.  Thankfully, Quincy survived, and he is now home safe with his family. “Johnathan is such a good kid. He is always respectful to others, a hard worker and our first born,” said Kelli Quincy, Johnathan's mother. “We are just thankful and blessed to have him with us still.
