White Springs Town Council changes plans regarding renaming streets

The meeting began with the approval of the previous meeting's minutes, followed by a financial presentation from Richard Powell of Powell Consulting. He told the council that they looked to be doing fine, and were remaining fairly under budget so far this year. The council then moved into the departmental reports.
