Single-vehicle accident results in fatality

Danny Federico reporter3.riverbendnews@gmail.com A 28-year-old McAlpin man was pronounced deceased following a single-vehicle accident that occurred at approximately 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12. According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, the man was traveling south on 137th Road near 188th Street in Suwannee County when the incident occurred. For reasons unknown, the driver's sport utility vehicle traveled off the roadway and collided with a fence before overturning. The driver was pronounced deceased on the scene of the accident.
