Concerns raised over Hamilton Downs Horsetrack annexation

This was followed by the reappointment of Crumedy to the position of Vice Mayor and Barrett to the position of Mayor. Afterward, the council proceeded to approve the agenda modification to add an item under the section outlined for new business.
