Alleged Branford shoplifters caught with drugs

Once the deputy arrived, the store clerk told him that two men had entered his store. The report states the men proceeded to take items out of a cooler, grab fountain drinks and then both went into the bathroom. The pair then exited the bathroom with only the two fountain drinks in their hands before exiting the store without paying for anything.
