Remembering Suwannee: Shootout in Branford, Part 2

Today, I finish the story from the standpoint of E. C. May, a store clerk in Branford during the incident but later a judge. We left off last week with one man (John Lashley, the local justice of the peace) already killed by Pete Garner and more mayhem to follow.
