A season to remember: Bulldogs softball season comes to a close

Christian Peterson  reporter.riverbendnews@gmail.com  The Suwannee High School Bulldogs hosted the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 3A Softball Regional Quarterfinals on Wednesday, May 8, against the West Nassau Warriors. The Bulldogs had a difficult start, with the Warriors scoring one run in the first inning and three more in the second inning, leaving Suwannee unable to respond. In the fourth inning, the Warriors scored two more runs, but this time, the Bulldogs managed to score two runs in response. For the rest of the game, neither team scored any more points, sadly ending the Bulldogs' season with a 6-2 loss to the Warriors.  Secora Pickles, Rachel Smith, Grac
