Hamilton County High School's (HCHS) staff welcomed incoming Superintendent Lee Wetherington-Zamora with a breakfast reception on Friday morning, Nov. 13, in Jasper. The library was decked out with balloons and table decorations that aligned with the school's colors. The staff, along with the district office staff who attended, even dressed in red to add to the reception. Principal Donnie Harrison welcomed everyone in attendance Ryan Mitchell led the reception in prayer before everyone dug into the provided breakfast sandwiches and small treats, spending the morning with good food and good conversation.
The event was a successful display of fellowship and support for the incoming superintendent.
