Honoring the unsung heroes

These unsung heroes are tasked with a myriad of duties, all of which put them within close proximity of some of the most dangerous people alive. They are responsible for enforcing rules and maintaining order within the nation's jails and prisons. Most importantly, they put their lives at risk every day in order to supervise, escort and transport individuals who are awaiting trial or who have been sentenced to serve time in jail or prison.
