Branford Public Library hosts Autism Awareness Information Event

On Monday, April 15, the Branford Public Library hosted an Autism Awareness Information Event in partnership with Early steps, the Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System, the University of Florida Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (UF CARD) and the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office (SCSO). This event presented families with free resources for autistic individuals, including information on early diagnosis and the SCSO's Project Life Saver, as well as information on sensory items available from the library for checkout.
